My name is ZHENG Chuyang (Жэн Чуян) who was born in Hangzhou, a romantic southern city in China. I have a foreign name called as Pavel (Павел), in order to memorize the hero Павел Корчагин.

I am a computer science junior of Hangzhou Institute of Electronic Engineering, but mostly I was interested in architecture and art design, because I believe I can do it better. Firstly, my observant eyes always bring me afflatus from everyday life which is the headstream of all kinds of arts. Also, what I was highly sensitive to color, shape and feeling makes the world full of sentiment when I describe it on papers. Secondly, the important thing is I love draw thought I never study in any academy. At the age of five, I drew my hometown on the wall of my parents’ new house that for a long time did not be brushed again because of their little salary. Another time, to draw a classical bus, I was waiting outside the bus station for several hours until the last bus came. I deeply feel that art is the soul kiss of human beings with the nature.

As a Chinese, I apperceived Chinese culture well, while I have most passion to learn very omnifarious foreign cultures, like the Renaissance, industrial art style, even Islamic culture. So I am longing to travel around the earth as Marco Polo who was the great traveler in 13 century, to be personally on the scenes where I perceive civilization.

Additionally, what I major in computer science in college shaped my mind precise and logical. Sometimes it is easy to find an access between computer and art. For an example, I once studied the PC game design after school and found out that the spirit of game is not program, picture, back music or what is alike the material of a great building, but the culture which is the conductor of game, the soul of game. Like architecture and music, PC game which is a recent art, will form its own art style with a long time process by reasons of the development of computer technology and the combination with culture.

I love music, film, national geography...

I always think of that when i was old, I would like to commit my whole life to the art without regret, even if there is only one chance, just one chance.
